Experiencing researchers up close, hand on science and entertaining experiments – that’s what the traditional “Science@Sail” 2019 has to offer at the University of Rostock on the 9th and 10th August. 

“Element Science” – Hands-on Science

In the anniversary year of the University and the periodic system of the elements, the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research displays exhibits and experiments on the subject of “Element 1(4)19”. Alongside an interactive program for children, there will be numerous presentations about the topic as well as a spectacular lecture.
