The 23rd!

The 23rd Hanse Sail Rostock takes place with more than 200 raditional sailing and museum ships from around 10 nations from the 8th to the 11th of August 2013.
Expected are numerous tall ships, among them the new built barque "Alexander von Humboldt II" (Germany), fourmast-barque "Kruzenshtern", and the fullships "Christian Radich" (Norway), "Mir" (Russia), and "Cisne Branco" (Brasil).
One of the highlights will be the 115.5 meter long four-mast-barquentine "Star Flyer", which after her first participation in 2012 will again join the Sail in 2013.
This year’s focus of the Hanse Sail is the schooner since this boat type celebrates its 300. anniversary.
Russia is the partner country of the 23rd Hanse Sail. The prelude is formed by the 5th Haikutter-Race from Nysted (Denmark) to Rostock.
Welcome to the 23rd Hanse Sail Rostock!
